Unlock your creativity in our Digital Technology course! Design and program your own computer game, develop innovative digital solutions, and master the art of creating user-friendly interfaces. With hands-on projects and real-world applications, you’ll gain essential skills in coding, design, and user experience.
The following papers make up the course:
AS92004 (5 credits) Create a computer program
Learn to program a computer game of your own design. You will create a plan for a computer game and follow the design and programming processes to make your a vision into reality.
AS92005 (5 credits) Develop a digital technologies outcome
Will you make a website, blueprint plans and a 3D model for a tiny home or an animated stage setup for a production? Promote your idea with a solid plan and apply quality-control testing as you create a solution that is fit-for-purpose.
AS92006 (5 credits) Demonstrate understanding of usability in human-computer interfaces
What makes an application, such as a computer program or website, easy for the user to understand? How can you refine your digital creations so that they are better liked by the users? This external paper will test your knowledge on User Experience principles.
