English @Year 11 seeks to enable students to understand and reflect on the increasingly complex world that they live in. We study a variety of texts both from Aotearoa NZ, and the world. From different cultural perspectives and  

    • Make Meaning: Written, visual and /oral texts

    • Create Meaning: Research, Creative or Formal Writing, Oral Presentation

    • Language skills: promote literacy and skills to enable ability to make sense of all the information that surrounds us everyday.
