Level 3 Music
Course Description
The purpose of this NCEA Level Three PPA Advanced Course is to up-skill our Advanced NCEA Performing Artists and Musicians in collaborating to compose cultural creative items, perform as ensembles, and perform as featured soloists.
Produce a dance to realize a concept (DANCE)
Choreograph a dance to develop and resolve ideas (DANCE)
Compose three original songs that express imaginative thinking (MUSIC)
Perform a Group Dance (DANCE)
Research a Music Topic (MUSIC)

You will be assessed in this course through all or a selection of the standards listed below.
This course is approved for University Entrance.
Total Credits Available: 30 credits.
