Sports Studies 200 focuses on cultivating essential leadership and coaching skills while providing a thorough understanding of sports' impact on society. This course explores contemporary issues, and emphasises the development of effective leadership techniques and coaching strategies. Students will engage in practical exercises, analyze real-world case studies, and refine their ability to inspire and guide teams. Recommended Prior Learning

Active participation and effort applied at Sport Studies 100.

Is able to run a beep test at Level 6

Has shown previous involvement in school sports as a player/manager/coach.  

Is willing to support the sports & PE department in running activities that promote health and physical activity.
